Jaela Saad is the Client Care & Outreach Coordinator at Colorado OCD & Anxiety Treatment, where she serves as a primary point of contact for new and prospective clients. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience from the very first interaction and takes pride in helping individuals feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the intake and scheduling process.

Jaela is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she is pursuing a degree in Psychology. She has been drawn to the field since high school, driven by a genuine interest in understanding human behavior, emotions, and the ways people navigate life's challenges. She values building meaningful connections and believes that feeling truly understood is an important part of the process.​

In her role, Jaela brings a strong background in customer service from her work in retail, where she has developed skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. She is known for her warm, empathetic approach, attention to detail, and ability to connect with a wide range of individuals.

Outside of work, Jaela enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors with her dog Luca, hiking, exploring new restaurants, listening to music on her record player, and traveling.
