Kasi Hill, M.A., LPCC
Therapist
Offers Services in Person in Fort Collins + Telehealth
Kasi Hill is a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and young women through life’s most complex and transformative seasons.
She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, and brings a thoughtful, structured, and deeply human approach to her work. Kasi helps clients build awareness, take ownership of their choices, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and meaningful.

Kasi has specialized training in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety-related conditions. She utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for OCD, as well as Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). Through these approaches, she supports clients in disengaging from obsessive thought patterns, reducing compulsive behaviors, and developing a more flexible, empowered relationship with uncertainty and distress.
Her areas of focus include working with couples, children, adolescents, young women, and families navigating relationship challenges, identity development, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. She also works with individuals experiencing anxiety and obsessive thought patterns, helping them build resilience, reduce avoidance, and increase psychological flexibility. Kasi brings a direct yet compassionate presence into the therapy room, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and genuinely understood.

At the core of her work is the belief that people are not broken. Rather than focusing on pathology, Kasi helps clients reconnect with their strengths, clarify what matters most to them, and develop the skills needed to create lasting, meaningful change. Her style is collaborative, grounded, and empowering—balancing accountability with genuine care.
Kasi is committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship that feels both safe and honest, where growth is not only possible, but expected.
